Passover: An Appointed Meeting Time With the King–
As we shall see in detail in a subsequent study, the Passover, like all of Yahuweh’s Feasts, are special meeting times Yahuweh has appointed for His people, to meet with Him and commune with Him. From the Hebrew words used in Scripture, we shall see they are likened to ‘betrothal appointments’ with our Beloved, and as rehearsal times for a great future event.
Why is Passover important?
Let’s suppose that the King were to appoint a meeting on a particular day, to select a Bride for His Son, from among many applicants.
If some of the applicants were to show up on the wrong day, what would happen?
You, Dear Reader, may decide.
In order that we might be prepared for our Special Appointments with our King, I will be putting down a series of Passover Thoughts over the coming days, showing some things Scripture reveals about one of these Special appointments: Yahuweh’s Feast of Passover.
